A very warm welcome to our Small & Cosy Teahouse...
The Teahouse opening hours: THE TEAHOUSE WILL CLOSE for the season on Sunday 20th October 2013 (inclusive).
Established in May 2011 in Digg, Staffin - the most photographed townships in the north end of the Isle of Skye.
You are invited into our Teahouse, our home - a unique tearoom, a tranquil hideaway under the spectacular Quiraing mountain (part of Trotternish ridge) where to compliment our exclusive range of homebaking you can sample some of the world’s finest teas.
We will be delighted to guide you through the tea choices from all corners of the world: China, India, Japan, Nepal etc. You can expect anything from traditional English Breakfast tea, Earl Grey or Darjeeling to China Jasmine Pearls green tea, Japanese Sencha tea, herbal infusions, Oolong & the beautiful Flowering teas.
Expertly brewed, our teas are served in and exclusive range of stoneware pottery made locally by Jackie Buskie and for the more exotic experience, our rare Oolong & Pu-erh teas are served in YiXing teapots.
Settle in a cosy room by our peat fire, relax to calming music and absorb the magic in your cup. For those who favour coffee to tea, we have freshly ground organic fairtrade coffee on offer.
Lunch: our Teahouse also offers an eclectic range of homemade soups served with our ever more popular homemade bread!
